David Bitton - President With over 20 years in business consulting in general and 12 years within the furniture & cabinet industry, Mr. Bitton has built an extensive track record of experience and results. Mr. Bitton has over 25 years of information system experience including hardware, software and network communication, as well as a strong background in accounting with extensive P&L analysis. He has steered implementation of various accounting programs such as Business Vision, ACCPAC, E2 and QB Pro. Among his many engagements have been projects involving production automation integration with CNC based manufacturing processes such as Nested Base and Point To Point, and implementation of programs such as Cabinet Vision and Microvellum. He has first hand experience with furniture retail, furniture manufacturing, custom store fixtures, custom residential cabinets, custom commercial cabinets and high end architectural woodworking. This wide range makes him intimately familiar with the industry and its unique character and needs and provides him with a unique perspective to better serve the industry. Mr. Bitton professional consulting services include business analysis, business management, cost analysis, production process analysis, accounting system integration and production process automation. His academic background includes degrees in Mechanical Engineering, Political Science, and Law (LL.B.). Mr. Bitton’s vision is of an integrated manufacturing facility where the accounting, design, purchasing and manufacturing all work in harmony in order to maximize the bottom line. After all if it’s not a profitable business, it’s just an expensive hobby.
Charles Oberholtzer, B.S.- VP Sales Mr. Oberholtzer has 25 years experience selling and consulting to residential, commercial, fixture, architectural millwork and furniture manufacturers throughout Canada, United States, Mexico and South America. During his career, he has helped sell and assist in the development and evolution of such software companies as: Pattern Systems, CabnetWare, Cabinet Vision, Microvellum, Tractivity and Enterprise ERP. He has first-hand experience linking and integrating these software packages to numerous CNC Routers, Point-to-Point and NC saws manufacturers. Understanding the needs, bottlenecks and challenges facing the woodworking industry has enabled him to automate and successfully streamline the operations of over 1,000 shops since 1985. This background makes him uniquely qualified to participate in Prodictive’s cutting-edge vision of a fully integrated, end-to-end manufacturing solution.
James Oberholtzer, B.S. - Engineering Mr. Oberholtzer has over 12 years experience working with AutoCAD and Excel. While employed by a major Petroleum company in Houston, TX, he wrote several extensive Excel macros to automate and increase the productivity for the company. He has also done contract work for other companies writing special application programs. In 2006, he presented these AutoCAD and Excel skills to Microvellum and joined as a certified Microvellum trainer. Since then, he has trained over 100 designers, draftsmen and project engineers. His knowledge of Excel, coupled with excellent communication and presentation skills, has helped numerous shops with Overdrive Pro and the formula writing skills necessary to master Microvellum.
Jose Bonilla, B. A., MBA - Business Analyst Mr. Bonilla heads up Prodictive’s Hispanic business unit. His experience includes financial program management for the Los Angeles Unified School District Board of Education including preparing the annual budgets and maintaining budget controls. He has experience with general business operations and his accounting background is additional asset he brings to our clients. Mr. Bonilla's academic background includes both a Bachelor of Arts and Master of Business Administration (MBA) degrees in accounting.
