Prodictive OES Estimator. When your customer wants a bid and wants it fast, Prodictive produces it in a record time. The algorithm used for this feature is capable of accurately and quickly processing a large number of variables, any of which can be preset or updated by users. Prodictive Estimator follows these basic steps to create a job estimate:

• User enters customer order requirements, such as what kind of cabinets, counter tops or any other woodwork product customer wants the bid on
• Prodictive Estimator quickly calculates accurate resource requirements, such as how much material and labor is required, defines the project phases and calculates how long it will take to finish each phase
• Prodictive Estimator generates a clear estimate of how much the project will cost, how long it will take to complete it and all other process details in between

Prodictive PES Project. Once the estimate has been generated by Prodictive Estimator, the project is released to production. Prodictive Project automates the following tasks for you:

• Uses data from the Prodictive Estimator to manage the project
• Follows the optimum plan created by Prodictive Estimator to achieve maximum project profitability
• Allows for flexibility, where the project manager can easily change any of the parameters set by Prodictive Estimator, if that is in the best interests of the project. The original estimate, created by Prodictive Estimator, is saved unedited in the system to provide comparisons of actual vs. estimated requirements
• Batches similar items to produce more efficient order sizes for internal production or subcontract work
